-This ring is a Yahoo! Webring, which means you will need to signup for an account at Yahoo! (that means you need to signup for a Yahoo Email Adress). -To Join My Ring all you have to do is go to my Webring Hub where all the sites are listed and in the righthand corner a button says "Join This Ring" click on it and fill out the info. -To place the navigation bar on your site (which is required) go to the top right hand corner of the website and there will be something that says "My Rings", remember you need to be signed in to see this.
